Surface
Preparation
All bases to receive ACRYL M must be clean, and free of grease, oil, dirt, paint, and other foreign residues. Old autoclaved aerated concrete areas must be pre-coated with ACRYL PRIME to ensure adhesion.
Mixing Mixing: ACRYL M is to be applied in two layers. The first coat is diluted with 20% water (approximately 3 quarts). The second coat is diluted with 5% water (approximately 1 1/2 pints). Mix with low speed drill.
Application Apply ACRYL M in two coats. The first coat is rolled on in two different directions to insure proper coverage. Once dry the second coat is rolled on with a neoprene foam roller to achieve the finished texture. Care should be taken to roll in the same direction to achieve a uniform appearance.

Precautions To prevent cold joints, apply coating finish in complete areas and schedule stops at naturally occurring breaks and joints. Do not apply if temperature is expected to drop below 40° F within 12 hours of application.
Drying Time Depending on the temperature and humidity, coating film dries in 4 to 12 hours.
Cleaning Immediately after use, rinse with water. Protect other surfaces from contact with coating.
Coloring ACRYL M is available in a wide variety of standard colors. Custom color matching is available upon request.
