ACRYL PRIME
Primer for Autoclaved Aerated Concrete Panels
ACRYL PRIME is a solvent based acrylic primer specifically designed to coat autoclaved aerated concrete panels prior to finish coating application. ACRYL PRIME stabilizes the panel surface by deep penetration into the pores. ACRYL PRIME application over the entire panel is necessary for old autoclaved aerated concrete panels which may have been stored for prolonged periods.
Over newly routed bevels formed during construction, or bevels laden with dust, application of ACRYL PRIME is necessary before the sealant is applied. Typically, factory formed bevels do not need to be primed prior to sealant application.
