GROUTFLO ADDITIVE

Liquid Additive for Plasticizing Sand/Cement Grout

GROUTFLO ADDITIVE is a high range plasticizer which increases the flow ability and placement of sand/cement grouts. When added to sand/cement mixes GROUTFLO ADDITIVE converts difficult to place grouts into a pourable mixture without lowering the strength or increasing the shrinkage. GROUTFLO ADDITIVE is ideal for use in grouts used to fill the keys between autoclaved aerated concrete floor panels and for U-block grouting.

Advantages	self leveling better workability excellent slump retention less bleeding less segregation
Mixing	For normal plasticizing, mix 5 ounces of GROUTFLO ADDITIVE per 94 pounds of portland cement. For maximum plasticizing and increased slump retention, use 15 ounces of GROUTFLO ADDITIVE per 94 pounds of portland cement. Also test addition levels prior to use but do not exceed maximum additive rate.
Precautions	Do not use if temperature is expected to drop below 400 F within 24 hours of application.
Drying Time	Might slightly retard normal setting
Coloring	Brown liquid
Package Size	5 gallon pail
Coverage	1 pail per 35 bags of portland for maximum plasticizing; or 100 bags for normal plasticizing.
Storage	Protect from freezing
